Ryan is a certified professional coach with fifteen years of experience working with families to overcome challenges, goal setting, and organizing/managing family time. Spending fifteen years as an educator led Ryan to focus of serving and helping people move forward during their journey of life. Empowering people with the belief that their thoughts create their results is at the forefront of his coaching philosophy.
He has been collaboratively trained to help spouses identify and work through anything that may be getting in the way of productively coming to an agreement. Common points of interest are:
- Integrating effective listening techniques to improve lines of communication.
- Understanding why a specific situation is challenging for a parent to address and using a coaching model to work through it.
- Helping parents become more comfortable advocating for him or herself.
- Identifying personal interests that are important, while developing skills to consider the other person’s interests in order to move forward in the co-parenting relationship.
The end result that Ryan helps navigate families to, is an effective communicating co-parenting relationship that provides optimal growth for the children.
